We use Interlink Express, DPD, DHL or TNT as our nominated carriers.
Any claims for damaged goods must be made by email to , within a maximum time of 48 hours after delivery of the parcel. After this period, we may not accept any claims.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For a full refund, excluding P&P, return the goods in the same condition in which they were dispatched from warehouse and received by you. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and packing. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for an exchange.
Refunds will be made within 14 days in the same method as we received the payment.
